Dog Friendly Fall Trips Pennsylvania Edition
I don't know about you but in my opinion November 1st through the 21st are some of the most valuable days of the year. It is after Halloween and before Christmas and I use it as a time to recharge and renew so that I can be ready for the hustle and bustle of family, friends and activities that come at Thanksgiving and last until after the New Year. I love curling up with a good book, decluttering and cleaning (I'm lying I do not like these two things haha ) and catching up with movies and tv but I also love the charge that visiting new or favorite places brings. There is something about a walk in the woods in the Fall, the sound of a waterfall, the allure of history that compels me to seek out journeys for me and my fam and that includes Darby. I have mentioned before that I am lucky enough to live in area that has so much history. Last week I went to Valley Forge Park with my Mom (great park to visit with your pup) and I had the opportunity to visit Arlington National Cemetery the week before that (also dog friendly). There are so many parks, trails, historic sites and even a Fall Foliage train ride that you can share with your dog. Here is a list of destinations in PA that you can visit but if you are reading this from afar, the site also has lists of places all over the country. Our motto here at Geartac Systems is Get Out and Go with Geartac. The Geartac K9 and the various leashes, harnesses and gear we offer are the perfect accessories for any destination. We recently launched our new line of one ingredient trail ready dog treats. Nutra Gear is the perfect addition to our product line. Be sure to check it out here. Whatever your interests, I hope everyone gets the fuel they need to prepare for the festive season that is approaching. We will be offering some great promotions as the holidays draw closer. Consider adding a Geartac to your list or gift one to a dog lover in your life. Also we will be announcing our new contest next week. The winner of our last promotion will be notified in the next few days. I'll give you a hint it involves gratitude. Please be sure to share your favorite dog friendly destinations with our readers in the comments. We always love to hear from you.
